Hours a week Harmony View assisted Living is a small business in Sauk Rapids, MN. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Communicate with Compassion and Courtesy. We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team, part time. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join a dynamic team and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Care coordination Provide direct patient care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Participate in quality improvement activities. Maintain accurate records of patient care activities. Supervise floor staff. Perform Assessments prior to admit, upon return and as needed. Manage medication orders and oversee service delivery of medication administration. Create service plans for Residents based on needs Work with waiver program case managers Communicate with providers and manage emergency situations. Other duties as needed.
