Registered Nurse — Aesthetic & Wellness Injector Spicer / Willmar, MN | Full-time | Experienced injectors | $30/hour + 12-15% commission | Relocation stipend available Glacial Lakes Aesthetics & Wellness is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who already knows their way around a syringe and wants to do more than injectables. You'll carry your own aesthetic patient panel, play a hands-on role in our hormone optimization and medical weight loss programs, and earn commission on everything you produce. The ideal candidate has real injecting experience, cares about natural-looking results, and is interested in the wellness side of medicine: hormones, weight loss, IV therapy, and the kind of patient relationships that last years rather than one appointment. Position Registered Nurse (RN) — Aesthetic & Wellness Injector Location Willmar, Minnesota (Spicer/Willmar area) Schedule Full-time, ~4 days per week (32-36 hours). No weekends. Compensation $30.00/hour plus 12-15% commission on gross production, depending on experience Relocation Relocation stipend available for candidates moving to the area Reports to Alexandra Malkuch, APRN — Owner & Clinical Director About Us Glacial Lakes Aesthetics & Wellness is a boutique medical spa in West Central Minnesota, led by Alexandra Malkuch, APRN, a double board-certified nurse practitioner. We're known for natural-looking aesthetic results and a wellness-first approach: hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and skin health programs that treat the root cause rather than the symptom. What You'll Do Perform aesthetic treatments under our clinical protocols and provider oversight: neuromodulators, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRX, and other advanced skin treatments. Conduct aesthetic consultations, build individualized treatment plans, and manage your own patient panel with strong follow-up and retention.

Support our hormone optimization program:

patient intake and education, lab draws and coordination, hormone injections and pellet insertion support, and follow-up between provider visits. Support our medical weight loss program: GLP-1 injection teaching, weekly check-ins, vitals and progress tracking, and lifestyle coaching under provider direction. Administer IV therapy and vitamin injections, and help expand our wellness menu as it grows. Maintain complete, timely documentation, informed consents, and good-faith exam records in our EMR (Healthie), and practice within Minnesota RN scope and delegated protocols. Manage treatment-room readiness, product inventory, and supply ordering for your services. Participate in GLA's social media presence: appear in short educational videos and treatment content, contribute before-and-after and patient-education content (with consent), and work with our marketing team on a regular cadence, typically a few pieces of content per month. Represent GLA in the community through events and local partnerships, and help build your own book of patients. What We're Looking For Active, unrestricted Minnesota RN license (or eligibility to obtain before start). Current BLS. At least one year of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Advanced training or certifications (facial anatomy, advanced filler, cannula technique) are a plus. Interest or experience in hormone therapy, medical weight loss, or IV therapy. We'll train you on our protocols. A portfolio of your work that shows natural, well-balanced results, and the judgment to say no when a treatment isn't right for the patient. Comfortable in a small, fast-moving practice where you'll wear a few hats and have a say in how things work. Clear communicator who is comfortable on camera, in consultations, and in the community. Being a visible part of the practice is part of the role. Compensation & Benefits Base pay. $30.00 per hour. Commission. 12-15% of your gross production on services and programs you deliver, depending on experience, paid on top of your hourly rate from day one. There's no cap, and your earning potential grows with your panel. Relocation stipend. If you're moving to the area, we'll help with the cost. Stipend amount is based on distance and circumstances and is discussed during the offer process. Training & development. Advanced injectables training, hands-on training in our hormone, weight loss, and IV protocols, and continuing education support for advanced certifications. Team perks. Here's what that looks like: RN Injector (Year 1): Build your patient panel, complete training across our wellness service lines, and establish yourself as a go-to injector in the area. Senior Injector (Year 1-2): Take on advanced treatments, a higher commission tier, and a lead role in one of our wellness programs. Lead Nurse / Clinical Trainer (Year 2+): Train and precept new nurses, own clinical workflows and inventory, and share in the team's performance through a leadership compensation structure. Timelines depend on you and the practice's growth, but the path is real and we'll put the milestones in writing.
