Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional one-on-one hospital-level care tailored to individual client needs. This role offers an opportunity to deliver personalized medical care with professionalism and empathy, focusing on client care and not paperwork, as well as the potential to broaden your skillset. New graduates are welcome! Highlights Flexible Scheduling Part-time and Full-time available Comprehensive training with continuous support from our RN Quality Care Manager team. Duties Deliver direct client care in accordance with physician orders and care plans. Administer medications, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and documentation standards. Manage complex medical needs such as ventilator support, catheterization, and tube feeding. Coordinate with healthcare teams for case management, and ongoing treatment adjustments. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient care accurately and efficiently. Requirements Valid Minnesota LPN or RN licensure in good standing. Clear criminal background check.
Pay:
$25.50 - $34.40 per hour
