Job Description

Summary CentraCare has an incredible opportunity in the Rice Memorial Hospital Cancer Center for a skilled nurse to join their team! The Cancer Center is an outpatient department within the hospital. Responsible for direct/indirect patient care and teaching through the nursing process. The RN Care Coordinator has varied duties including patient education for chemotherapy, obtaining lab results, prescription refills, triage phone calls and other duties related to the overall coordination of care for cancer patients. Schedule 64 hours every 2 weeks Varied schedule. Weekday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00AM to 5:00PM Pay and Benefits Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.30 per hour Bachelors in nursing starting at $42.66 per hour Masters in nursing starting at $45.23 per hour Pay range: $42.30 to $64.82 per hour Full-time benefits : Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! $3,500 Sign-on bonus and $5,000 in relocation assistance available. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current RN licensure in the State of Minnesota. AED/CPR training required. Acquire Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) cert within 2 years of hire required. This must be maintained throughout employment in department. Minimum one year of experience in field preferred, not required. Communication/documentation skills. Nursing Assessment skills Comprehensive clinical nursing knowledge, personal management and crisis management. To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
Relocation assistance requirements:
Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Willmar, Minnesota and relocate to within 30 miles any time before and no later than 120 days after you start work. May not have worked for CentraCare in the past nine months. CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to hiring and relocation bonuses may be discontinued at any time due to business needs.
