A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Job Description
Registered Nurse Shift:
10:00pm-6:30am (32 hours in a 2 week pay period)Schedule:
Week 1: Sunday, Week 2:Sunday, Friday, Saturday Pay Range:
$39.45- $49.31 per hour (based on experience)

- The Difference You'll Make As a Registered Nurse at our facility in Woodbury, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.
- Safely administer medications and treatments while monitoring for effectiveness and resident response
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record systems
- Assess and communicate changes in resident condition to the Nurse Manager, providers, and family members, and support appropriate follow-up care
- Coordinate and provide guidance to Nursing Assistants (NARs) to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and state and federal regulatory standards
- Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered care environment for residents, families, and team members
- Demonstrate professionalism, strong clinical judgment, and exceptional customer service in daily practice Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- 1+ years of nursing experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living settings
- Extensive experience in Memory care.
- With excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated clinical judgment, integrity, and professionalism
- Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Rewards That Support You
