Saturday/Sunday/holidays Urgent Care Hours:

12pm-8pm Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Some holidays required Fairview Lakes Medical Center is a 65 licensed bed facility and 24 bed ED Level IV Trauma Center Department sees an average of 77 patients per day Annual Emergency Department volumes: 28,000 Approximately 15% of the Emergency Department visits are pediatrics Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

//www.exploreminnesota.com Required Qualifications Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Family Nurse Practitioner training program BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required) ATLS Certified (Advanced Trauma Life Support).
