Job Overview Ebenezer is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Skilled Nursing Community in Wyoming, Minnesota! This Meadows on Fairview TCU nursing role performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures. This Nursing schedule includes; Casual / on call Day, evening, overnight Must work a minimum of three shifts per month, which includes two weekend shifts per month and one holiday per year Meadows on Fairview TCU is located in the city of Wyoming, MN, steps away from the Fairview Lakes Hospital and a short distance from Forest Lake and North Branch. Our 14-bed Transitional Care Unit is small enough to get to know your co-workers and residents yet large enough to provide you with opportunities and room to grow.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care RN - Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
Required:
Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse Current MN RN license AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice 0-1 years of experience
