Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members Monitor and report patient progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to ongoing process improvements Provide education, support, and guidance to patients, families, and other care team members

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) with current license and active registration in the state of Missouri Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
