Job Description
Required Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license. Minimum of one year recent experience in Medical-Surgical Oncology nursing. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation abilities. Experience with chemotherapy administration and symptom management is highly desirable. Adaptability to fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.Primary Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate nursing care to oncology and medical-surgical patients. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes. Administer medications and cancer treatments per protocol, monitor for side effects, and educate patients and families. Collaborate closely with physicians, ancillary staff, and support services. Accurately document care and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in patient and staff education, quality assurance, and safety initiatives.Perks and Benefits:
