Join Our Team at Three Trails Behavioral Hospital Three Trails Behavioral Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients experiencing mental health and behavioral health challenges in a safe, therapeutic environment. As a PRN nurse, you will have the flexibility to pick up shifts while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families. Essential Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies. Monitor patient status and document clinical observations accurately and timely. Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Respond appropriately to crisis situations and behavioral health emergencies. Promote a safe, supportive, and therapeutic treatment environment. Maintain compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and hospital standards. Qualifications Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri (or compact license eligible to practice in Missouri). Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current BLS certification required. Behavioral health, psychiatric, inpatient, or acute care nursing experience preferred. Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Schedule PRN (as needed) Must be available to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed. 12 hour shifts are available.
