This includes:
Assisting with the development and implementation of individualized care plans Providing direct resident care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting wound care Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the healthcare team Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care and coordination Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident care in accordance with established policies and procedures Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the healthcare team Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and wound care as needed Develop and implement individualized care plans with the healthcare team Provide education and support to residents and their families Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the resident experience Registered Nurse (RN)
Requirements:
