As a key member of our healthcare team, Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, promoting a positive living environment, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team and family members Educate residents and their families on disease management, medication use, and other health-related topics Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services

Requirements:
