Role Overview:

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in GI/Infusion settings, maintain clinical standards, and support a collaborative care environment. Perform physical tasks including lifting and prolonged standing, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure and BLS certification. Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or specialized unit certifications may be required or preferred. Physical ability to perform demanding tasks is essential.
