Position Responsibilities Provide and coordinate nursing care throughout the perioperative process. Function as the Circulating Nurse during surgical procedures. Organize equipment, supplies, and personnel to ensure efficient case management. Assess and address patient needs during admission to the operating room. Advocate for patient safety and quality care throughout the surgical experience. Ensure compliance with established standards of nursing practice and patient safety. Collaborate with physicians and surgical staff to provide exceptional patient outcomes. Assist with inventory management and maintenance of supplies, medications, and equipment. Qualifications Current Missouri RN License or Compact State RN License. Minimum one year of Operating Room experience required. Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience preferred. Current BLS and ACLS certifications required. PALS certification preferred. Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
