You will work within a dynamic team environment with the latest in medical technology at your fingertips. Responsibilities Monitor patient vitals and heart rhythms using telemetry equipment. Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs in coordination with the healthcare team. Administer prescribed medications and document patients' medical histories and assessment findings. Communicate with team members about changes in patient's clinical condition, including cardiac and respiratory monitoring, as well as other relevant symptoms. Provide information and support to patients and their families about conditions and treatment plans.
