Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and managing medical conditions Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal care and service

Requirements:

Current and good standing Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Missouri Experience/skills working in a long-term care/senior living or related field preferred Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients, as well as stand for extended periods
