Job Description
Role Overview:
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process within a professional framework, ensuring accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate patient needs and the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinate patient care across departments to ensure seamless service. Maintain adherence to the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing standards.Qualifications:
Accredited nursing degree. Current RN license and meeting state board requirements. Preferred experience in Critical Care setting. Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.Key Skills:
