HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated PRN Registered Nurse for our Acute Care Telemetry unit. This role demands precision and an ability to deliver comprehensive care to patients under telemetry. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient vital signs, collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust treatment plans, and providing compassionate care aligned with HCA Healthcare's commitment to improving human life. This position offers a flexible schedule in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities Monitor patient telemetry on a continuous basis, and interpret cardiac rhythms and other vital data. Respond to cardiac alarms and adjust patient care as necessary. Administer medications and document therapeutic effects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate individualized patient care plans. Maintain patient records with high accuracy. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management. Ensure adherence to hospital policies and patient care standards. Required Skills Proficiency in telemetry and cardiac care. Strong assessment and observational abilities. Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
