Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Clinic Nurse and make a meaningful difference in patient care, while working day shift only and not working nights, weekends, or major holidays! In this vital role, you will provide compassionate nursing services, support patient assessments, and ensure the smooth operation of clinical activities. Your expertise in physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology will be essential to delivering high-quality care. We value proactive, detail-oriented professionals committed to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing symptoms, monitoring vital signs, and providing necessary treatments. Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation, including recording patient information and clinical notes in medical records. Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Manage medical records with strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy. Utilize your knowledge of physiology and anatomy to educate patients about their conditions and treatment plans. Support the administration of medications and vaccinations as directed by healthcare professionals. Ensure all clinical activities comply with established protocols, safety standards, and legal requirements. Requirements Valid LPN license, Certified Medical Assistant, or Certified Nursing Assistant with current registration in Missouri. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical or outpatient setting. Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, and human anatomy. Excellent skills in medical documentation and record keeping with attention to detail. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
