Full-Time | Part-Time Weekdays | Part-Time Weekends The DRIPBaR in Lee's Summit is growing, and we're looking for talented, energetic Registered Nurses to join our award-winning wellness team! Whether you're looking for a full-time career, a few weekday shifts, or weekend hours to supplement your income, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for nurses who are exceptional at IV starts, love working with people, and are excited about the rapidly growing world of IV therapy, peptides, and proactive wellness.

AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITIES

We're hiring for three types of schedules:

Full-Time RN:

Consistent 36-40 hours per week with a combination of weekday and weekend shifts. No overnights.

Part-Time Weekday RN:

Flexible weekday opportunities.

Part-Time Weekend RN:

Saturday and/or Sunday shifts, ideal for nurses looking to supplement their primary nursing position. Part-time shifts are 8-9 hour days, with a minimum of 3-4 days per month (more available if you want them). Schedules are planned in advance, and we'll work to find the right fit for the right candidate.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You are: A Missouri-licensed Registered Nurse with 5+ years of nursing experience. Highly confident with IV starts, including difficult veins, dehydrated clients, and frequent IV placements. Outgoing, personable, positive, and passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. Comfortable educating clients and recommending wellness services that align with their goals. Interested in learning about IV vitamins, NAD+, peptides, and other innovative wellness therapies. Efficient, safety-conscious, and committed to following clinical protocols. A team player who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative, and upbeat environment.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

ER, ICU, PACU, infusion, or outpatient surgery experience. Previous IV vitamin therapy or wellness clinic experience. Current BLS certification. An interest in functional medicine, longevity, preventative health, or wellness.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform frequent IV starts, administer IV infusions, and provide IM and subcutaneous injections. Monitor clients throughout their treatments and maintain excellent clinical standards. Educate clients about our services and help them explore appropriate wellness options. Build relationships with clients who return regularly for their wellness needs. Accurately document treatments in our EMR. Maintain a clean, professional, spa-like environment. Collaborate with an incredible team that genuinely enjoys working together.
