Job Description
Lafayette Regional Health Center seeks a Med Surg Registered Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate care to adult patients on a busy medical-surgical unit. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care; manages medications and IVs; coordinates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members; and educates patients and families. RNs follow evidence-based protocols, uphold infection prevention and safety standards, and document accurately in the EHR. This role offers broad clinical exposure, support from HCA resources, ongoing education, and the opportunity to impact the health of the Lexington community.
