Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide expert nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies efficiently Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Document patient care accurately in electronic health records (Cerner/Altera Sunrise) Assist with patient assessments and vital signs Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols Support float requirements within ICU and Stepdown/PCU units What You Need Valid Missouri RN licenseBLS, ACLS, NIHSSE
certifications Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, preferably in trauma centers Ability to float to Stepdown/PCU units as needed Strong clinical skills with trauma, CTS, and neuro patient care preferred About the Assignment Join a reputable healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
