What were looking for:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing Previous experience in school nursing or a pediatric setting preferred Familiarity with individualized health care plans (IHPs) and emergency protocols Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators and families Compassion, patience, and a proactive approach in caring for young children In this role, your responsibilities will include: Providing dedicated, 1:1 nursing care and close supervision to a designated student throughout the afternoon session Monitoring health status, administering medication, and implementing medical orders as prescribed Communicating effectively with teachers, staff, and parents regarding the students daily care and well-being Documenting observations, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with school policies Responding promptly to emergent needs and maintaining confidentiality at all times This position offers the unique satisfaction of building a trusting partnership with a young learner and being a cornerstone of their educational experience.
