Position Overview:

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational values and standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in the applicable state
• BLS certification; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP) may be required based on unit
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, bend, and perform other physical tasks
