Key Responsibilities:

Complete comprehensive annual health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage participants Assess prior and current medical history, chronic conditions, and medication regimens Deliver patient education on medical conditions and prescribed medications Identify care gaps, and make recommendations to close them No requirement to create treatment plans or prescribe medication

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in MO Board Certification through AANP or ANCC Current CPR (BLS) certification MSN degree from an accredited nursing program At least 6 months of current NP clinical experience is preferred This role offers compensation from $80 to $90 per evaluation completed, with a stipend to cover mileage and administrative time. Practitioners will work in various cities within Jasper County, including Carthage, Webb City, Carterville, and Joplin.
