Zack Group is currently seeking Nurses for positions in and around Nevada, MO. The ideal candidate will possess a current Missouri license or equivalent compact license. Must have a Nursing License in hand and have at least 1 year of recent nursing experience on a facility floor.

Job Responsibilities Clinical Assessments:

Conduct routine physical and mental health evaluations, monitor vital signs, and track changes in resident health to prevent complications.

Medication Management:

Safely prepare, administer, and document medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Care Planning:

Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and social workers to develop, evaluate, and update comprehensive, individualized care plans.

Wound Care & Treatments:

Provide daily wound care, pain management, and therapeutic treatments (such as range-of-motion exercises).

Staff Supervision:

Oversee and coordinate the daily duties of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and LPNs, ensuring high standards of resident care.

Family Communication:
