7:00pm - 7:00am 36 hours per week guaranteed 13-week contract Rotational weekends as required by patient needs Blocked scheduling may be available

Key Qualifications:

Active RN license eligible for Missouri or current Missouri licensure Minimum 1 year of ICU experience in an inpatient setting BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required) Team-oriented, flexible, and collaborative spirit Ability to float to critical care or med/surg as needed Must wear black scrubs; orientation on day shift required

Main Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive care for neuro, trauma, post-surgical, and complex medical patients Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to optimize patient outcomes Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, cohesive care Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and uphold high ethical standards Contribute to overall unit success through professional accountability and communication
