Overview:

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by others. This position is located at an orthopedic hospital and involves delivering high-quality nursing care in an outpatient setting. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and adherence to clinical protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, BSN). Current RN license in the relevant state or compact licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or specialty certifications may be required based on unit needs. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
