PRN / Contract Position Overview Luxe Living Home Care Agency is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical support and oversight for clients receiving care in the home. The RN will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring quality and compliance across services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Perform supervisory visits for caregivers
• Monitor client conditions and report changes
• Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
• ### Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Missouri or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• ### Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in home care or home health
• Experience with elderly or disabled populations
• Knowledge of care planning and supervisory visits
