Evaluate and support the performance of caregiving staff. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an approved nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license in the applicable state or compact license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
