Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and performing vital signs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri
- Experience working in a long-term care/senior living or related field
