Qualifications/Skills:
Required Certifications:
ACLS and BLS through AHA or Red CrossState Licensure Requirements:
MO RN license or compact RN license, active- Minimum year's experience: 2 years Required experience:
- Prior Director of Nursing experience
- Experience in corresponding hospital setting required
- Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required
- Strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
- Experience with surveys, audits, quality assurance, and plans of correction.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
