What You'll Need:
RN license in Missouri (active & in good standing) CPR/BLS certification or willingness to get one A positive attitude and solid clinical skills Previous long-term care experience is a bonus, but not required
What You'll Be Doing:
Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and care staff with kindness and confidence Administer meds, monitor resident care, and update charts like a pro Communicate with doctors, families, and your amazing team Stay on top of documentation, care plans, and shift reports Help create a calm, safe, and supportive space for residents and staff
