Full Job Description Role Overview:
The Senior Clinical Administrative Nurse conducts outbound outreach to engage members, assess needs, and promote clinical services. Responsibilities include supporting members with healthcare navigation, care coordination, and education on health resources, behavioral health, and emergency care. The nurse collaborates with members, caregivers, providers, and clinical teams to facilitate efficient, coordinated care, balancing clinical assessment with operational productivity.
Qualifications:
