  • 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
  • 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
  • 1 year Med Surg, inpatient only.
Special Requests:
  • Block scheduling with no specific days may be approved based on facility requirements.
  • RTO of 5 days or less must be made up on the back end.

Holiday RTO:
only 1 request per assignment.
Unit Details:
  • Department varies; candidate will be offered on the highest-need unit.
  • Provides direct patient care for post-trauma, post-surgical, and medically complex patients.
Shift & Scheduling:
  • Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
  • Every other weekend, as required by facility.
  • No call.
  • Night shift orients on day shift.
Traveler must be available the entire week for orientation.
Floating Requirements:
  • As needed, to a similar or lower acuity unit.

    : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined. 5 days maximum time off.
