Qualifications RN License BLS Certification Full Job Description Role:
New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized, family-centered care to neonatal patients, participate in a comprehensive 16-week residency program with hands-on training and mentorship, and support infants with various neonatal conditions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred), current RN license in Missouri or a compact state, BLS certification, and preferred patient care tech experience.
