Full Job Description Role Overview:
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards and values.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct patient care in behavioral health settings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Evaluate and improve care quality
  • Ensure patient rights and confidentiality
  • Maintain compliance with standards and policies
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
  • Current RN license and ability to maintain licensure
  • Basic Life Support certification (or complete within 30 days)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
