Qualifications RN License BLS Certification Full Job Description Position:
Registered Nurse - Telemetry Level 2 (Tele2) in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide patient-centered care, monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, manage moderate to high acuity patients, and educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans.
Patient Population:
Adult patients with conditions such as CHF, chest pain, high oxygen needs, cardiac and respiratory issues, and post-operative surgical cardiac cases.
Key Features:
Exposure to stepdown-level acuity, opportunities for critical care skill development, and a supportive team environment in a smaller unit that promotes teamwork.
Qualifications:
Nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, and BLS certification (or course completion within 30 days).
