2 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a MO or compact license and at least 1 year of L&D experience. Details Level III acute care hospital setting in the Labor and Delivery unit 1:1 patient ratio Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours from 19:00 to 7:00 Meditech charting system used Involves circulating, fetal heart monitoring (FHM), and triage duties Requirements Active MO or compact RN license required Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN (Advanced or Intermediate) CPI certification preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in L&D, nursery, or women's health required Experience with mother/baby couplets, GYN patients, circulating C-sections, PACU C-sections, OB triage, well baby delivery, and NICU delivery and stay preferred Prior travel nursing experience required Two references required for consideration Additional Information Provide direct patient care in a labor and delivery setting including circulating, fetal heart monitoring, and triage Scrubs must be any solid color with no prints Free parking provided on site First-time travelers are welcome to apply Returning staff must have a gap of at least 1 year since previous employment at the facility Candidates are encouraged to submit all requested time off at the time of consideration
