Nurse Injector

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to join our medical spa team. Our medical spa specializes in advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments including injectables, laser hair removal, BBL/IPL photofacials, skin rejuvenation, microneedling, chemical peels, body contouring, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, IV therapy, and more. The Registered Nurse plays a central role in delivering injectable and wellness services, supporting our Nurse Practitioner team, performing laser and energy-based treatments, and building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox/neurotoxins and dermal fillers, under delegated medical authority and in accordance with the RN scope of practice Perform laser hair removal, BBL/IPL, and other energy-based services in accordance with company protocols and medical direction Administer injectable HRT and GLP-1 medications under standing orders or delegated authority Conduct client consultations, intake assessments, and treatment planning within RN scope, and route patients to the NP for prescriptive evaluation and Good Faith Exams when required Confirm a valid Good Faith Exam and treatment order are on file before performing services requiring medical oversight Perform phlebotomy, IV insertion, and IV therapy administration as ordered Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, contraindications, and post-care Maintain accurate charting, photos, and documentation in Zenoti or designated EMR Recommend treatment series, memberships, packages, and retail skincare products to support client outcomes and clinic revenue goals Follow all infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and laser safety protocols Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and consumables in clean, organized, ready-to-use condition Track and report adverse events or unexpected outcomes per company protocol Stay current on advanced aesthetic and wellness techniques through ongoing training Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-up, rebooking, and exceptional service Experience Active, unrestricted Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Hands-on aesthetic injection experience preferred — including Botox/neurotoxins and dermal fillers — with proof of training; portfolio of prior work preferred Working knowledge of, or clinical exposure to, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) preferred — including patient monitoring, lab follow-up, and injection administration Working knowledge of, or clinical exposure to, GLP-1 medications (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide) for medical weight loss preferred — including patient education, injection administration, and follow-up monitoring IV therapy experience preferred (e.g., hydration, vitamin infusions, NAD+) Laser hair removal, BBL/IPL, or other energy-based device experience strongly preferred Phlebotomy skills required Zenoti or other EMR/practice management system experience preferred Comfortable performing cosmetic and wellness consultations within RN scope of practice and under medical direction Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong passion for aesthetics, wellness, skincare, and the client experience Professional appearance and polished demeanor Available to work some evenings and weekends Benefits May Include Hourly base pay plus service- and retail-based productivity bonus structures Employee discounts on treatments and products Paid advanced training on injectables, aesthetic lasers, BBL, IV therapy, RF devices, and other technologies Career growth opportunities into Lead Injector, Clinical Trainer, and senior aesthetic and wellness roles Health insurance benefits at select locations Retirement savings options at select locations Supportive and team-oriented environment Ideal Candidates Are Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and the client experience Confident, steady-handed injectors with strong clinical judgment Strong communicators with excellent bedside manner Detail-focused and meticulous about safety and outcomes Sales-minded and comfortable recommending treatments and products Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with high-end clientele Team players who take ownership Full-time and part-time positions available.

Pay:

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
