3x12-Hour Shifts Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) travel assignment in Joplin, Missouri. The RN will provide specialized nursing care to medically complex and critically ill patients in a fast-paced LTAC setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in LTAC, telemetry, acute care, or critical care environments and possess strong patient assessment and clinical monitoring skills. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to LTAC patients Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams on patient care plans Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes Ensure compliance with infection control standards and patient safety protocols Support care coordination and continuity of care initiatives Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nursing program Active RN License required Current BLS Certification required Previous RN experience required Ability to work 12-hour day shifts For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
