3x12-Hour Shifts Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) travel assignment in Columbia, Missouri. The RN will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and medically complex patients in a fast-paced LTAC environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in LTAC, critical care, telemetry, or acute care settings and possess strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills. Key Responsibilities Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care for LTAC patients Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to condition changes Maintain accurate patient documentation and EMR charting Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams on patient care plans Educate patients and families regarding treatments and recovery plans Ensure compliance with infection control standards, safety protocols, and facility policies Perform additional nursing duties as assigned Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nursing program Active RN License required Current BLS Certification required Previous RN experience required Ability to work night shifts and maintain scheduling flexibility For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
