As a travel RN specializing in Med-Surg/Tele, you'll have the chance to grow professionally in a workplace celebrated for safety and innovation, while gaining valuable resume-building exposure to a Level 1 Trauma & Burn Center and a Joint Commission Primary Stroke Center. Night shifts are available on a robust 32-bed Med Tele unit—the ideal environment to expand your clinical expertise and collaborate with diverse teams, broadening your perspectives on patient care and leadership. Experience flexible scheduling and guaranteed weekly hours (36 or 48), along with the rewarding challenge of rotating float assignments.

Shift:
Nights, 7:00pm-7:00am 36 or 48 guaranteed hours per week Weekend hours required as scheduled 13-week assignment
Qualifications:
Current RN license (Missouri or compact eligible) BLS (AHA only) NIHSS (can obtain prior to start) Minimum 1 year of inpatient Tele experience Competence in drug titration Ability to float as needed COVID and flu vaccination (November-April), or Mercy-approved exemption
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) Coordinate and monitor patient activities for optimal comfort and clinical outcomes Collaborate with ancillary departments Supervise and evaluate care delivered by other team members Maintain patient rights and confidentiality Support professional standards and facility mission
