We are currently hiring a Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents in our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation community. Available Opening 12-

Hour Days:

6:30am - 7:00pm

Night Shift:

11:00pm-7:00am

Shift Differentials Days:

$1 on weekends

Evenings:

$4/hour during the week and $5/hour on the weekends

Nights:

$5/hour during the week and $6/hour on weekends Nurse Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records. Supervise and support CNAs and other care team members. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members. Promote resident safety, comfort, and well-being. Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
