to deliver exceptional nursing care to high-acuity patients in a Long-Term Acute Care setting. In this flexible, per-diem role, you will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based interventions, manage complex medical conditions, administer medications, and monitor ventilators and critical drips. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to high-acuity LTAC patients Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans Administer medications, treatments, and manage complex drips Monitor ventilators and respiratory status in collaboration with RTDocument care accurately in the EMR and maintain compliance standards Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team on care goals Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge needs Follow infection control and patient safety protocols Respond to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions as needed Support a culture of respect, integrity, and clinical excellence Required Skills LTAC nursing Acute care nursing Ventilator management Wound care IV therapy and central line management Telemetry interpretation Medication administration Patient assessment and care planning EMR documentation Infection control and patient safety
