Registered Nurse Qualifications Required Education Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program Licensure Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Missouri RN License or Compact State RN License Must meet all applicable state board of nursing requirements Certifications BLS (Basic Life Support) required within 30 days of hire ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required Additional unit-specific certifications as required Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, kneel, squat, twist, and perform physical patient care activities Why Mercy?
