As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aspire Senior Living Webb City, you will play a vital role in our commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents.Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Conducting assessments, developing interventions, and evaluating resident outcomes Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and effective communication Participating in quality improvement initiatives to advance our care standardsRequirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri Strong clinical skills and knowledge of gerontology and long-term care Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWhat We Offer:
