POSITION SUMMARY
The Annual Wellness Nurse is responsible for completing Medicare Annual Wellness Visits for Medicare fee‑for‑service patients in a clinic setting. These visits are conducted annually, and the nurse may rotate among multiple clinic locations to meet patient needs. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to assist with other clinic functions as needed. The Annual Wellness Nurse carries out all duties in alignment with the Mission and Values of Hattiesburg Clinic.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Graduation certificate from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program, required Current MS state licensure, required CPR, ACLS, and IV certifications, preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information Composure in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments Willingness and ability to learn new technologies Dependable, punctual, and highly detail‑oriented Strong multitasking and independent‑work capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Accurate documentation skills Ability to follow established workflows consistently Knowledge of EMR, medical management and policies and procedures
