Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented RN Treatment Nurse to join our team on a Monday through Friday schedule. In this vital role, you will deliver specialized nursing care, coordinate treatments, and support residents' health needs with professionalism and compassion. Your expertise will help ensure our residents receive the highest standard of personalized care in a warm, welcoming setting. Duties Administer medications, including injections and IV infusions, following prescribed protocols and maintaining accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems). Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and physical examinations to evaluate health status and identify changes requiring intervention. Deliver specialized treatments such as ostomy care, and wound management, ensuring aseptic techniques are strictly followed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with residents' needs and goals. Assist with diagnostic evaluations, specimen collection, laboratory testing procedures, and interpreting results to inform ongoing treatment strategies. Provide education and coaching to residents and their families on health management, medication administration, and post-treatment care. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure meticulous medical documentation for all resident interactions. Skills Experience with complex medical procedures including catheterization, tube feeding management, ostomy care, and sterile processing techniques. Knowledge of

ICD-9/ICD-10

coding for accurate documentation. Skilled in managing acute pain cases, trauma medicine, infectious disease care, and emergency response procedures including airway management. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology essential for comprehensive patient assessment. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care needs. Excellent communication skills for triage assessments, patient education, case management, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
