POSITION SUMMARY
: The Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provide nursing care to patients with urgent, emergency, or potential health concerns. Both roles apply core nursing principles to assess needs, deliver direct and indirect care, and support efficient clinical operations. Together, the nursing team contributes to planning, coordinating, and evaluating patient care while helping maintain an organized, well‑functioning department or physician practice.
